Experienced B- or A-Level Collision Technician
S & A Paint and Repair | Lititz, PA
Tired of Being Rushed Through Repairs?
S & A Paint and Repair is hiring an experienced B- or A-Level Collision Technician who wants to work in a professional shop where technicians are supported, repairs are properly planned, and craftsmanship still matters.
We are not a corporate collision center.
We are not a high-volume shop built around pushing vehicles through as quickly as possible.
We are an independent, locally owned collision repair facility with a clean, air-conditioned shop, modern equipment, organized processes, and a team that respects the skill behind the work.
What Makes S & A Different:
At S & A, you will not be treated like a number or expected to make up for poor planning. Our repairs are blueprint-driven, our team follows OEM repair procedures, and our technicians receive the information, equipment, and support needed to complete their work properly.
You will work directly with owners and team members who understand collision repair and value technicians who take pride in their craft.
What You’ll Do:
- Completing panel replacement, metal repairs, welding, and bodywork.
- Following documented OEM repair procedures.
- Working from a complete repair blueprint.
- Using frame equipment and electronic measuring systems.
- Repairing modern vehicles constructed with advanced materials.
- Communicating with estimators, parts, and production team members.
- Taking ownership of your work from teardown through repair completion.
- Maintaining an organized and professional work area.
